Context. Connection. Creativity.

Tooza Design was founded in 1997 by Rob and Shelley Beishline. We are a multi-disciplinary design studio focusing on sculpture, public art, environmental graphics, fine art painting, ceramics, graphic design, and public art planning.

Shelley Beishline is a vibrant artist and designer who builds meaningful connections with clients and communities while coordinating each step of the creative process. She shapes her designs to reflect the history, culture, and identity of people and places, and how they change and grow over time. She selects materials thoughtfully, with an emphasis on sustainability, and her artistry thrives when working with non-traditional and reclaimed materials. Her own hands-on style is reflected in the appealing, inventive forms found in her art, inviting the viewer to engage and connect with the work.

As both an architect and artist, Rob Beishline approaches each project with meticulous attention to detail. His undergraduate studies focused on fine arts, with an emphasis in 3D form and ceramics. He then completed his graduate work in architectural design at the University of Utah. With his affinity for the fine arts and handcrafted work, Rob brings extensive experience in traditional mediums and techniques and their evolution into digital design practices. In his work, functional designs take on expressive forms that are at once grounded, bold, and compelling.

Together, Shelley and Rob are committed to excellence in fabrication, craftsmanship, and communication at every step. They consider thoughtfully those who experience their art with designs that reflect an understanding of the past, connection to the present, and vision forward to our shared future.
